Plasma Air Purifier — Product Details
Product Overview
The Junxintang Plasma Air Purifier is a modern indoor air treatment device designed to help improve daily air quality in homes, offices, wellness spaces, and commercial environments. Using low-temperature plasma technology, it generates reactive species and negative ions that help break down odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), smoke, and other airborne pollutants. Depending on the model, it can be configured as a filterless plasma system or a hybrid unit with HEPA and activated carbon filtration for enhanced particle removal.
With a compact, low-noise design and multiple control options, the Plasma Air Purifier is suitable for continuous daily use. It is also available for OEM/ODM customization, including logo, color, packaging, voltage, and control panel configuration.
Core Technology
Low-Temperature Plasma Core
The purifier uses a low-temperature plasma discharge module to generate a controlled mix of reactive oxygen species (ROS), positive and negative ions, and free radicals. These reactive species interact with airborne pollutants, helping to decompose odors, VOCs, and certain microorganisms at a molecular level.
Negative Ion Generator (Optional)
Many models include a negative ion generator that releases millions of negative ions per cubic centimeter. Negative ions can attach to airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and smoke, causing them to cluster and settle or be captured by the filter.
Hybrid Filtration (Select Models)
For markets requiring higher particulate removal, hybrid models combine the plasma core with:
-
Pre-filter — captures hair, dust, and large particles
-
HEPA filter — captures fine particles such as PM2.5, pollen, and mold spores
-
Activated carbon filter — adsorbs odors, formaldehyde, and VOCs
Ozone-Safe Design
Ozone output is strictly controlled. Standard models are designed to comply with international ozone safety limits, with ozone emission below 0.01 ppm under normal operating conditions. Ozone-free configurations are available for sensitive markets.

How It Works
-
Air Intake — The fan draws indoor air into the purifier.
-
Pre-Filtration — Larger particles such as hair and dust are captured by the pre-filter (hybrid models).
-
Plasma Treatment — Air passes through the low-temperature plasma field, where reactive species help break down odors, VOCs, and airborne microorganisms.
-
Ionization — Negative ions are released to help cluster fine particles and improve air freshness.
-
Optional Filtration — HEPA and activated carbon layers trap fine particles and adsorb residual odors.
-
Clean Air Output — Treated air is released back into the room.
Key Benefits
-
Odor Removal — Helps reduce cooking smells, pet odors, smoke, and musty air.
-
VOC & Formaldehyde Reduction — Plasma technology is designed to decompose certain volatile organic compounds.
-
Particle Reduction — Hybrid models help capture PM2.5, dust, pollen, and mold spores.
-
Airborne Bacteria & Virus Reduction — Laboratory tests have shown plasma technology can reduce certain airborne bacteria and viruses. Test data available upon request.
-
Low Noise & Low Power — Suitable for bedrooms, offices, and quiet wellness spaces.
-
Filterless Option — Some models require no replacement filters, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
-
Compact & Portable — Available in desktop, floor-standing, and car-mounted designs.

Usage Instructions
Placement
Place the purifier on a flat, stable surface at least 30 cm away from walls and furniture. For best performance, close doors and windows during operation. Ventilate the room periodically.
Operation
-
Plug the power adapter into a compatible outlet.
-
Press the power button to turn on the unit.
-
Select the desired fan speed or auto mode.
-
For hybrid models, check the filter indicator and replace the filter when prompted.
-
Turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning or moving.
Recommended Use
-
Daily Mode — Low speed for continuous background purification.
-
High Mode — Maximum airflow for rapid odor or smoke removal.
-
Auto Mode — The unit adjusts fan speed based on air quality sensors (select models).
Cleaning & Maintenance
-
Exterior — Wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
-
Pre-Filter — Remove and clean every 2–4 weeks with a vacuum or warm water. Dry completely before reinstalling.
-
HEPA / Activated Carbon Filter — Replace every 6–12 months depending on usage and air quality.
-
Plasma Module — Clean gently with a dry soft brush or according to the user manual. Do not immerse in water.
-
Storage — Store in a dry, cool place. Unplug before extended storage.
